One more thing;
I've always been on a "health" kick and strive for greater well-being. Part of this journey had involved nutrition and food, of course. I was recently tested for food allergies, or more specifically, intolerances. Foods that make you feel sick, "off", or otherwise unpleasant but don't give you an reaction that lands you in the hospital.
We mostly eat vegetarian. I like it & it's easy. Many of our meals involved eggs, egg products, beans, and peanut butter. Hey-guess what things came back as "severe irritants" for me? So, now I'm trying to be more "Vegan" but including dairy. Ugh! Did you know that most wine's are now clarified w/ EGG?? That in addition to sulfites may contribute to some people's headachey symptoms! Like me! I thought I was becoming intolerant in my age! There are some lovely lovely organic and vegan wines out there. Europeans still use clay/dirt for clarification so...YAY! But here in CA, it's mostly egg.
And try Uncle Eddy's cookies. Ah-May-zing! OMG! I just read that they were mentioned in the bestseller, "Skinny Bitch." They are vegan and were recommended by a Mother's Market cashier. Brilliant!
